Owner Operators were allowed to purchase oil with their fuel card. Through SQL, oil purchases were able to isolated. To ensure that company drivers weren't being charged for oil purchases. Improving accuracy to ensure proper drivers were being charged. Preventing issues with driver happiness.

Specific items drivers are reimbursed for, especially if they use their money through regular business operations. It's not ideal, but sometimes the only option. Through understanding which codes your company uses, we can create a listing of those reimbursements. Which can be compared to the tracking list. Ensuring accuracy and completeness before payroll is finalized.

A list of drivers with a guaranteed minimum each week can be generated. This helps employees pinpoint the drivers that need to be reviewed. Allowing them to focus in areas where needed and making the process more efficient.
